1:1 mindfulness training and 1:1 somatic therapy
Perhaps you are feeling anxious, burnt out or stressed, and feel in need of a safe, caring, space where you can re-set body, mind and nervous system, whilst learning tools to enhance your alll-important wellbeing?
I love working 1:1 - or in small groups - with people, and offer a powerful blend of gentle yoga, deep relaxation and mindfulness (whereby we work compassionately to find more space in our thoughts and emotions).
As an experienced mindfulness teacher and trainee counsellor I offer empathy, kindness and a listening ear, offering a safe, confidential space for you to regulate natural human emotions, thoughts and feeling through a somatic approach.
My current areas of specialism are anxiety, stress, insomnia and exhaustion / burn-out.
Sessions can be on a one-off basis, fortnightly or monthly.
