I work privately - both in central Frinton and online - on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off basis. Sessions are tailored exactly to you and can be a powerful blend of gentle, nurturing movement (or more active yoga), relaxation and mindfulness practices. Alternatively we can focus on either mindfulness or movement, depending on what brings you to practice.
Private sessions can be on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, or can be booked for a small ready-made group - for example, for a birthday.
Private classes can help to address common contemporary problems such as:
Anxiety and nervous system regulation (eg feeling 'tired by wired'; feeling unable to switch off; insomnia)
Chronic fatigue and/or ME and the associated symptoms
Feelings of imbalance, worry, insomnia and stress
Mobility, flexibility
Strength and toning
Niggling lower back discomfort
